SCRAPPED
Overview
3D-printable replacement parts from photos of broken ones. It exists as a PRD and a no-go memo.
Project Design
The adversarial PRD review asked one question the plan couldn't answer: had the hard part, turning a photo into printable geometry, actually been proven feasible? It hadn't.
Lessons learned
- “Spike first” is the cheapest sentence in product development: stopping it cost one review session instead of a build month.
What carried forward
Adversarial review as a standing gate before any build.
